Beautiful ocean views from the room.
Our stay was disappointing due to several issues. The bed was uncomfortably hard, making it difficult for us to sleep well. The gym facilities were in poor condition, with broken machines that hindered our workout plans. Additionally, we felt pressured by the staff for tipping, despite a service charge already included in our bill, which left a sour taste in our mouths.

The best and worst parts
The amenities are fantastic, with friendly staff, breathtaking views, and several pools. I loved the delicious breakfast options, which included fresh fruits and made-to-order items.
The orientation upon check-in was overwhelming, felt more like a sales pitch than a welcome. Also, the lack of timely activity availability was disappointing, leaving us with fewer options than expected.

Couples looking for a relaxing getaway
When we checked in, the lobby greeted us with this very nice smell , it really set a nice tone for our stay. The pool area was really nice too , those soft loungers near the adult pool were perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive , but considering the overall experience, I think it was acceptable.

Great pool and attentive staff!
I really enjoyed my stay, particularly the great atmosphere by the bar pool and the welcoming nature of the employees. The deluxe junior suite was comfortable, and I appreciated having a balcony with a view of the harbor. However, the welcome presentation felt like a bit of a sales pitch that took longer than expected, so I'd advise others to skip it.

I truly appreciated the beautiful tropical gardens and well-maintained pathways that made it easy for seniors like me to navigate the resort. The stunning ocean views from my room were unforgettable and uplifting throughout my stay.
More shaded seating near the pools would be ideal.
